Each session focuses on a different topic drawn from the book and offers practical insights, compassionate strategies, and time for discussion. Participants are welcome to attend individual sessions based on their interests or join the full series.
Sessions: Wednesdays from 12pm – 1pm EST.
Cost to register: $100 per session
Receipts will be provided for employee benefit submission or reimbursement.
