CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
Join a Practice That's Changing the Conversation and Helping Create Fewer Wrong Doors
We’re Growing Across Ontario!
At Geddes Specialized Supports & Integrative Wellness Inc., we believe that understanding changes everything which is why we focus on improved screening and assessment services.
When we better understand trauma, mental health, addictions, and how often these conditions intersect with Complex Neurodevelopmental Disorders (CND), we move beyond asking, "What's wrong with you?" and begin asking:
What happened to you?
How does your brain and body work best?
What support will help you thrive?
Our work is grounded in a simple philosophy:
Support without shame.
Seek understanding before offering solutions.
Acceptance of both strengths and areas of challenge.
Build relationships that make growth possible.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for exceptional Registered Social Workers and therapists who share this vision.
What Makes Our Practice Different?
We don't simply provide therapy.
We work and walk alongside individuals, families and communities to build understanding, strengthen relationships and improve quality of life. We help to help create fewer wrong doors for people needing hope and support.
Our practice integrates clinical therapy, screening and assessment, community support, education, advocacy and a ‘circle of care’, because we know meaningful change happens both inside and outside the therapy room.
We believe behavioural and mental health symptoms make more sense when we understand how the brain and the body is working.
We help people better understand their symptoms and circumstances while we collaboratively discover practical strategies that allow folks to live their best lives.
