Service Provider Training: FASD Assessment and Support services
Provided with the intent to build a more inclusive service delivery system that is better positioned to identify and relevantly support individuals and families affected by PAE and /or FASD. My goal is to help support a system that has no wrong doors for individuals and families who are struggling.
Group Facilitator Training
How to build welcoming and helpful parent/caregiver support groups for individuals and families who are raising spirited and sometimes puzzling children.
Mindfulness Yoga Acceptance Commitment Therapy & Training
Team building and workplace wellness activities to help address day-to-day life pressures. This training addresses the universality of distress and can provide concrete strategies for immediate improved outcomes: stress management and healing.
